01 / Scope and contact

This policy covers the current test version of Car Survival (末日狂飙路) and its official website, carsurvival.dmz-ai.com. The game and website are maintained by 布德Game, referred to as “we” in this policy. Contact us for support or privacy matters through QQ 1075357101.

The current test version primarily uses local gameplay and local saves. Some account, cloud-save, leaderboard, advertising and purchase features are currently simulated on the device. This policy does not describe those simulations as live online services. Before introducing real platform services, we will update the relevant disclosures and obtain consent where required.

02 / Information handled on your device

• Progress and preferences: local profile identifiers, vehicles and equipment, currencies and reward records, survival and combat results, crew and technology progression, loadouts, volume and graphics settings. These support saves, recovery and your selected preferences.
• Simulated service records: simulated account identifiers, save copies, achievements and scores, simulated orders and entitlements. These are stored in local test-service files to validate features. Simulated purchases do not charge you.
• Runtime and diagnostic information: logs may contain the version, scene, errors, performance information and profile or operation identifiers for troubleshooting. Test-build diagnostic panels can display device model, operating system, hardware and device identifiers locally. Displaying this information does not mean it is automatically uploaded.

The current simulated account does not require your real name, phone number, identity-document number or bank-card details. Remote automatic upload is not enabled for these local simulated services. If you choose to send logs or screenshots to support, they may contain this information; review them and obscure unrelated personal details first.

03 / Permissions and location diagnostics

The current Android test package declares internet access, network-state access, and precise and approximate location permissions. Network permissions can support basic connectivity, resource or connection checks; declaring a permission does not mean that all local data is uploaded.

Driving and survival gameplay do not require location permission. The development test package includes a location diagnostic tool. If you open that tool and manually start location diagnostics, it can display latitude, longitude, altitude, accuracy and timestamps locally when permitted by the operating system. This checks the device’s location capability and is not necessary for the core game. We have not configured a remote-upload interface for this diagnostic feature.

You can deny location access or revoke it in Android Settings → Apps → Car Survival → Permissions; names vary by device. Denying access disables location diagnostics and should not affect core gameplay. Contact QQ 1075357101 if you see a conflicting prompt or behavior.

04 / Website visits, cookies and clipboard

You do not need an account to read the website. This static website has no submission forms, advertising scripts or third-party analytics scripts. It sets no tracking cookies and does not use browser local storage to record browsing behavior or language choice. Chinese and English are separate pages.

To retrieve a page, your browser sends technical request information to the website’s hosting service, such as your IP address, request time, requested path, browser information and any referrer information your browser permits. This supports delivery, troubleshooting and access security. The hosting service may retain records according to its actual security and logging configuration.

Only when you click a “Copy” button does the page write the corresponding public QQ number to your clipboard. It does not read your existing clipboard contents. If copying fails, you can select and copy the displayed number yourself.

05 / Feedback you choose to send

If you contact us on QQ or post feedback in the player group, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your QQ name or account, issue description, device and system version, screenshots, recordings and logs. We use it only to communicate, troubleshoot, handle privacy requests and maintain the player community.

Send only information relevant to the issue. Do not send passwords, verification codes, identity-document photos, full sensitive payment details or unrelated precise location information. Other group members may see public group messages. Send privacy matters privately to QQ 1075357101 instead of posting them in the group.

06 / Third parties and disclosure

The game runs on the Unity engine. Unity Analytics, Unity Ads, Unity Purchasing and Unity crash reporting are disabled in the current project configuration. Current platform-account, advertising and payment interfaces use local simulated implementations.

The website’s TapTap links open an external site only when you click them. The listed QQ numbers are contact details, not embedded QQ sign-in services. Activity on TapTap, QQ and their related services is governed by those providers’ own rules. See the TapTap Privacy Policy and Tencent Privacy Center.

We do not sell personal information or use local saves for targeted advertising. We do not disclose personal information except for processing necessary to provide hosting, security or support, situations you explicitly request or consent to, and circumstances required by law. Before introducing an SDK or service that independently processes personal information, we will explain its provider, purpose, data categories and necessary authorization.

07 / Retention, deletion and security

Progress, settings and simulated service records are stored on your device, normally until you clear app data or uninstall the game. Your operating system or a backup service you enable may retain copies that must be managed separately. Signing out of a simulated account does not automatically delete all local profiles.

Feedback you send is retained until the issue and necessary follow-up review are complete, then deleted or anonymized, except where retention is legally required or necessary to resolve a dispute. Website operational and security logs follow the hosting service’s actual configuration and applicable requirements; we do not use them for advertising profiles.

We use access restrictions and necessary safeguards appropriate to the processing involved, and handle and notify personal-information security incidents as required by law. Protect your device and QQ account. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

The current local simulated features are not configured to send local profiles to overseas servers. External platforms and website hosting are subject to their actual service arrangements. Before we initiate a cross-border disclosure requiring additional notice or consent, we will follow the applicable procedures.

08 / Your choices and rights

Contact QQ 1075357101 to ask about, access, copy, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent-based authorization, or raise concerns about processing. Describe your request and provide enough information to locate the original conversation. We will carry out only necessary verification and respond as soon as reasonably possible, explaining any need for additional time.

• Local game data: clear it through your device’s app settings. Clearing data or uninstalling may permanently remove progress that has not been backed up separately.
• Permissions: revoke them in system settings, including location access.
• Feedback: request correction or deletion privately. We cannot delete copies of group messages retained by other members.
• Platform data: manage accounts and data held by QQ, TapTap or other platforms through their own privacy and account-deletion channels.

Declining optional feedback or location diagnostics, or withdrawing their authorization, does not prevent core gameplay or website browsing that does not need the information. Withdrawal does not affect lawful consent-based processing before withdrawal. Information that must be retained by law will be restricted to the required purposes and protected.

09 / Protection of minors

Minors should read this policy with a parent or guardian and manage their play time responsibly. We do not actively ask children under 14 to send personal information to support or a public player group.

Processing personal information of a child under 14 requires the appropriate guardian consent and safeguards for children’s information. Guardians who believe a child has provided information without consent may contact QQ 1075357101 for verification and deletion. This privacy provision is not an age rating. The game’s age rating and anti-addiction arrangements are those announced for the released version and by its distribution platform.

10 / Updates and contact

We will update this page and its date when game features, processing purposes, data categories, providers or contact details change. Material changes will be brought to your attention appropriately. Where renewed consent is required, we will obtain it before the relevant processing; continued website browsing does not replace necessary authorization.

The Chinese and English versions describe the same practices. Contact us if a translation is unclear. Translation differences do not reduce your statutory rights.
